We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Management and Supply Chain Specialist to oversee regulatory compliance and optimize supply chain operations. The role involves ensuring that all business processes meet legal and industry standards while managing procurement, logistics, and supplier relationships to maintain efficient operations.
• Ensure company operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation and reports
• Manage procurement processes and supplier relationships
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock availability
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and delivery schedules
• Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Identify potential risks in supply chain and compliance processes
• Implement corrective actions and preventive measures
• Ensure quality standards are maintained across all operations
• Work closely with internal teams to improve operational performance
• Prepare reports on compliance status and supply chain performance
• Assist management in decision-making through data analysis
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and inspections
• Experience in compliance management and/or supply chain operations
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management
• Understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory systems
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
