Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Software Engineer to join our development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 0–6 years of experience who are eager to build scalable applications and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

• Debug and troubleshoot software issues

• Participate in code reviews and team meetings

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Product, DevOps)

• Learn and implement best coding practices

• Support deployment and post-release monitoring

Required Skills

• Student of Bachelor’s , Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (OOP, Data Structures)

• Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#)

• Basic understanding of databases (SQL / NoSQL)

• Familiarity with Git/version control

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication skills

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Internship or project experience

• Understanding of REST APIs

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
